Outside classess she's always available for us via online chat which is great - I can send her a video or a message regarding our training at home and she will always send a feedback and advise on how we could improve.

We took our dog Olive to two different puppy classes before finding Green Dogs, but found that once the 6–8 week courses had ended, there was no way to continue progressing. What we love about Marta’s group classes is that they’re run on a rolling basis, so we can attend for as long as we want, and keep building on Olive’s training, particularly around other dogs. The outdoor sessions are also an added bonus for applying training in 'real life' environments. The exercises in class are really tailored to each dog’s capabilities, and we’ve seen such a positive difference in both Olive's confidence and overall obedience. Thanks Marta!

Definitely would recommend, Marta was amazing with training for our puppy Brian, always patient and very supportive. The classes and advice is very useful, and taught in a way that was easy for both us and him to learn techniques.
We have been working with Marta for only a few weeks, and we've already started seeing incredible results! Our dog Archie is very reactive, struggles with resource guarding and frustration, and with Marta's help, we have been able to start working on managing the behaviour and training for it. We are already seeing less reactivity during walks, after following training advice from Marta, and Archie starts to seem more able to cope with the outside world. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with our million questions! We couldn't recommend her enough!

We contacted Green Dogs Training after adopting a scared middle aged lurcher, who was really nervous around my partner and terrified of new experiences and places. We have had a few 121s and have learnt so much from Marta about his behaviour and ours. It was so obvious that she really loved her work and the dogs, and the advice she gave was invaluable, helping us to give him the time and space to find his confidence and feel secure. Six months on and he has just come back from his first holiday with us, including a visit to a cafe and a pub (picture below), which we thought might be impossible once. Feel like now he is ready for group training, so we will be signing him up soon for Green Dogs classes.

We have used both the 1-1 sessions and the classes for our dog since he was a couple of months old. It has really helped us with understanding his behaviour and has helped us so much with training him both as a puppy and a teenager (especially with his lead pulling).
Feel so so grateful to have found Marta! She has been an absolute godsend with training our dog following an attack which left him scared and subsequently reactive around other dogs when he was on lead. We started with 121’s with Marta and then joined the group outdoor classes which have been absolutely fab to build up his confidence around other dogs. Marta is always at the other end of the phone if we need advice in between sessions which is very reassuring if we need any tips or reassurance. Having a reactive dog can often lead to a lot of misunderstanding from the general public but Marta was so reassuring that this is not rare and never treated our dog Bodhi any differently, just recognising he is a little scared boy who barks at other dogs! We’ve only been training with Marta since November and have already seen a huge improvement in Bodhi, Marta’s training involves such positive reinforcement and it is clear just how much all the dogs enjoy training. We adopted a teenage, high energy, reactive dog 6 months ago. We were really struggling with him and his teenage behaviour and started classes with Marta 3 months ago.

What a difference she has made to us and our dog. She’s shown incredible patience (mainly with us!) and no matter the situation or how Cedric is behaving has a solution for us. Our training has progressed really quickly. Initially one to one with Marta-which we highly recommend- and although we’re now in a class, the positive reinforcement training is tailored to each dog’s individual level.
The life skill classes have been excellent-giving us further opportunity to practice what we learn in class.

The Puppy Package was a lifeline in the first months, it gave us support from someone so knowledgeable and patient anytime it was needed, 18 months later and Marta has helped us not only with training, obedience and bonding but also with the extra assurance of having someone to ask the ‘stupid’ questions of. My dog and I have just started training with Marta and we are loving it! I have a rescue teenager pup who is excited to see everyone and their dogs, but sometimes it all gets a bit much for him. I have booked the rescue package which offers 121 sessions and a chance to attend some training classes with other dogs. Marta has helped with a variety of training exercises to build confidence for Gimli and myself! I am already seeing results when out walking and can now easily distract him. Since we have begun the training, he has even been quite content to sit and watch when we encounter other dogs on our walks. Rather than jump about like he has never seen a dog before, as he usually did. Marta has been fantastic with helping me understand my dog, his behaviours and solutions to help us both. Marta is very responsive with her communication and happy to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Marta if you need any help with your dog.

I joined Green Dogs training classes a few months ago after meeting Marta at the Canton Crufts. She has a fantastic knowledge of dog behaviour and is very good at explaining the scientific bits. I have learned a lot in terms of managing Nala’s behaviour in some situations and Nala loves trying to mug her for her treat pouch 😂. For me, the real plus are the Real life sessions in the park on a Sunday afternoon which are a great chance to put into practice the training learned in a room .
Marta has been absolutely amazing with our pup. We started off with booking the puppy package and not only did she give us guidance on training in class but because it came with one on one classes at home. We were able to learn more in depth about how to take care of our puppy and train in the puppies own environment. We have now progressed to staying on with the weekly classes outdoors.

We can only praise Marta for her approach to both our rescue JRT, Todd, and to us. No criticism or sign of impatience if we don't grasp things straight away and total empathy with Todd. Todd is not the easiest or calmest of dogs given he is a RSPCA cruelty and neglect rescue but he adores Marta. Her techniques are not forceful and she explores the dogs personality to find the best way forward. She is very kind but realistic in explaining that some dogs take a lot of time to adjust. Her methods are working for Todd and we would certainly recommend her.
Highly recommend Green Dogs Training. We have learnt so much in a short space of time but know we have so much more to look forward to in our Training sessions. We have had individual training and group work. Indoors and outdoors. The sessions are informative and fun but most of all getting the most out of Girl. We really enjoy learning about Dog behaviour and also learning to be prepared for the unexpected plus building on the bond/connection with our dog These sessions are not only great for our girl but for my partner and I. Its one of our favourite nights out together as a family and I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to learn more about their dog and gaining a positive experience with their dog at home and in public. It’s hard putting into words how much Marta has changed our lives. She is exceptional, there is no other way to put it. Having a trainer who loves what she does and it shows in every single action she takes. It’s incredible the way Bruno reacts to her and he genuinely loves being around her. He cries when she leaves. Marta is patient, extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t use outdated methods. She has put so much time and effort into Bruno and has had her work cut out for herself undoing some training which we had from another trainer which had resulted in him becoming reactive. I can’t recommend Green Dogs enough. If you’re looking for the whole package then this is the trainer you should have.

Marta is really knowledgeable and always willing to help, Indi is not always the easiest dog and having someone helping me with his behaviour and helping me understand him better is brilliant. I would recommend the one to one sessions too, as they also hold so much value for Indi where we can tackle all those little issues that need some attention and work.

I could not recommend Marta and Green Dogs Training more. Having a large and very excitable teenage dog we were struggling with the fine tuning of some areas of training on our own. We started training with Marta 2 months ago now and I can say with complete honesty that I can really see the difference it has made to both our dog and us as owners. Marta is such a friendly, calm dog trainer with an absolute abundance of knowledge in dog behaviour, dog body language... I honestly wouldn't be surprised if she speaks dog at this point! Her training classes are informal, relaxed, fun and easy going but always consider the bare bones of brilliant training techniques for your dog!

We had an initial consultation where Marta patiently sat with us and listened without judgement as we talked through all our concerns and the areas we felt we needed to work on - we definitely had a case of the puppy blues and I was grateful that Marta was understanding of this and didn’t judge us for it. From that initial consultation we came away feeling more positive and more prepared to train Gatsby going forward. We then had a number of 1-1 sessions which were not only really informative, but also fun and great bonding experiences with our puppy Gatsby. Marta in our humble opinion is an incredible dog trainer. Coming to group classes with Miso has been one of the best things we ever did. Marta manages to adapt the classes and training tips to each individual dog, as everyone is so different. We are learning so many useful life skills, especially learning to focus and disengage from distractions, something he used to really struggle with. Her classes (both indoor and outdoor) are so much fun and have been brilliant for socialising and exercising Miso’s teenage brain. Marta genuinely cares about her doggy pupils and has an excellent wealth of knowledge on doggy behaviour. Her positive training methods have encouraged Miso to make his own right (not naughty 😉) decisions. Our doggy-mum bond has improved and surviving the teenage phase has become so much easier! Miso can never wait to get into class, which is a real testament to Marta. We really can’t speak highly enough of Green Dogs Training.
